📦 Refund, Return & Exchange Policy – WaahGift

At WaahGift, we deal in gifting products, many of which are made-to-order or personalized after you place an order. Because these items are created specifically for you, we follow a limited return and exchange policy.

No Refund to Bank / Original Payment Method

• We do not offer refunds to bank accounts, cards, UPI, or original payment methods.
• Once an order is placed and delivered, monetary refunds are not applicable.
  

Exchange Policy (₹150 Exchange Fee)

We offer product exchange under the following conditions:

• Exchange request must be raised within 7 days of delivery
• Product must be:
  • Unused
  • In original condition
  • With original packaging, tags, and invoice

How exchange works:

1. Customer initiates an exchange request
2. Product is returned to our warehouse first
3. After quality check approval, the replacement product is shipped

🔸 Exchange fee: ₹150
(Charged to cover reverse pickup + re-shipping)

 Store Credit Option (₹70 Return Pickup)

If you do not wish to exchange, we offer store credit instead.

• Store credit is issued after the product is returned and approved
• Return pickup fee: ₹70 (deducted from credit value)
• Store credit:
  • Is issued as a coupon code
  • Is valid for 6 months from date of issue
  • Can be used on any product on our website
  • Cannot be converted to cash or refunded

 Items Not Eligible for Return / Exchange

• Used or damaged products
• Products returned without original packaging
• Items showing signs of wear, scratches, or tampering
• Orders beyond the 7-day return window
• Free gifts or promotional items
  

 Return Pickup & Quality Check

• All returns are subject to warehouse quality inspection
• Meerami reserves the right to approve or reject returns if conditions are not met
• Exchange or store credit is processed only after product reaches our warehouse

 Processing Timeline

• Reverse pickup: 3–5 working days
• Quality check: 1–2 working days after receipt
• Exchange shipment / store credit: within 2–3 working days after approval
